Do you have any reason for preferring these methods? I chose Userecho because it was easy and quick! And it seems to work find, so far as I can tell.
Those are the main two forum softwares I have seen in the net. I guess they would have more easily accessible threads and more user friendly interface. PhpBB is open source and not that hard to run. Few examples:

Also, I dislike the floating "Feedback" sign. I am using a smartphone. While I was writing this message and opened another tab, the text disappeared. I had to write it again. And I had problems with the language buttons under the search bar. They would not work.

We'll look into these.
The floating Feedback is just temporary, to let people know it is there. You are right, it really doesn't work on mobiles, and we will remove it soon.
